Every step happens inside Prashanth Superspeciality Hospital, so a physician, a theatre and a bed are in the same building if you need them.
Arrival
- Land at Chennai International Airport, a short drive from Velachery
- Bring your dental records, X-rays and a list of the medicines you take
Accommodation
- Stay close to Velachery, so appointments on back-to-back days are a short trip
- After a long surgical appointment, the hospital has beds and nursing if you should not go back to the hotel
Consultation
- An examination and a conversation about what you are hoping for
- CT and digital X-rays on site, read the same visit
- A plan agreed around the days you are here
Treatment
- Sittings scheduled close together wherever the treatment allows
- Cardiology, diabetology, nephrology and general medicine in the same building
- Treatment under general anaesthetic can be arranged, with anaesthetists on site
Post-op follow-up
- A review before you fly home, to check healing and fit
- The hospital's emergency support is in the same building while you are here
- Once you are home, send photos or questions on WhatsApp
